Anthony’s father, Jason, is the Co-Chairman of the Foundation. Raised in Saratoga Springs, NY, he graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) In May 1997, majoring in business. He received his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University, in May 2000, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2001. Since September 2000, he has been a practicing attorney at the Law firm of Segar and Sciortino, focusing in the areas of Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability. A four year basketball letterman and team captain at RPI, physical fitness remains a priority in Jason’s life. He is an avid weight lifter and runner. Also in his spare time, he is a fervent reader, and a passionate fan of boxing, mixed martial arts, basketball, and baseball. Most of all, he is a very proud father of his four year old son Andre.

Catherine Poselovich

Anthony’s mother Catherine, Co-Chair of the foundation, is a lifelong Perinton Resident. She graduated from Fairport High School in 1990. She subsequently received her Bachelor’s in Education from Niagara University in 1994, and her Masters in Special Education from Nazareth College in 1996. Since September 1999, she has been a Special Education Teacher in the Palmyra-Macedon School District. She has remained active in the community, currently serving on the Friends of Strong Hospital Gala Wine Tasting, as well as several years of Participation in the Stroll for Strong Kids for Golisano’s Children’s Hospital.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, spending time with her friends and family, and is a proud mother of her son Andre.

Heather Fraser

Treasurer

Heather Fraser is the Treasurer of the Foundation, and was born and raised in Williamson, NY. Heather earned her BS degree cum laude from Nazareth College in Rochester. She is a certified public accountant (inactive) in the State of New York. Heather began her career at KPMG, LLC where she was a Manager in the assurance practice, and was subsequently a Manager of Business Process for Constellation Brands, Inc. Heather spent twenty years with Swander Pace Capital, a private equity buyout fund, where she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial management, reporting, operations, investor relations and compliance. She is currently with TZP Group, LLC where she serves as Chief Financial Officer and oversees all facets of finance, accounting, and operations. Heather resides in North New Jersey with her husband and two young daughters. She is an avid downhill skier and wine enthusiast, she also enjoys traveling and reading when time permits.

Marisa Poselovich

Marisa Poselovich

Marisa Poselovich was raised in Saratoga Springs, NY and now lives in Fairport NY. She is a professional photographer and owner/founder of Sweet Image Photography.

Marisa's interest and fascination with photography lead her to the College of Saint Rose where she received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Studio Art with a concentration in Photography. Her degree has given her the chance to explore various types of art forms including drawing, sculpture and film. While in school, she had the chance to travel abroad, explore different cultures and build her photographic portfolio.

After college, Marisa assisted several photographers with commercial and wedding shoots. During that time she began to set out on her own, photographing children, families weddings, stage performances and business professionals. She developed her preference and skill for shooting in natural light and capturing people in real moments of emotion. To further enhance her skills, she also was a photographer and assistant manager at a professional studio where the focus was portraiture.

Steve Segar

Steve is the founding member of Segar & Sciortino PLLC. He concentrates the practice of his firm in matters of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. Steve was born in Canton, New York, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester in 1980, cum laude, a Master of Arts in Religion in 1982 from Yale University Divinity School and his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 1986.

Service to the community are very important to Steve. He served on the Stewardship Council at St. Joseph’s Church in Penfield, New York, the Board of Directors of the Epilepsy Foundation and the Fairport Baptist Homes Caring Ministries. He served as Chairperson of the Major Gifts Committee and as Chairperson of the Development Committee of the Epilepsy Foundation. Steve funds an annual scholarship bearing his name offered to three college bound high school seniors who suffer from the challenges of epilepsy.

On the home front, Steve and his wife Laraine lead a very busy life with their five children. In addition to parenting, Steve finds time to read, golf, compete in platform tennis, exercise and travel with his family.

Christopher Santelli

Chris was born and raised in Lyons, New York and graduated from Lyons High School in 1993. He graduated from SUNY Morrisville with a degree in Liberal Arts Program in 1995.

Chris has held various career positions until he found his calling as a financial advisor in 1999 and joined the Prudential team where he continued his study and received his certifications and licensing. In 2003, he joined New York Life and continued his study program, where his main focus is Family Financial Planning and creating solutions for Small Businesses. Chris has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for seven years and has qualified for the New York Life prestigious Council for ten years.

Chris married his beautiful wife, Stacia, in 2004. Stacia is a teacher at Palmac and they have two wonderful children, Tyler and Jenna. In his spare time Chris is a Volunteer Fire Fighter previously of the Lyons Volunteer Fire Department since 1999 and recently transferred to the Newark Fire Department. He enjoys, golf, singing, snowmobiling and is an avid wine-maker, as well as an active dad with his children. Chris presents a professional fireworks show for family, friends, and his clients for client appreciation at his home in Palmyra once a year, as a licensed pyro technician.

Shelly Carr

Shelly Carr, born in Waterloo, NY has settled in Macedon with her family. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in communications from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1990 and her Masters in School Counseling from University of Rochester in 1995. Since the fall of 1995, she worked as a school counselor in the Palmyra-Macedon High School, retiring after 20 years. After a brief time away, she returned to Pal-Mac as an academic support person and will be officially retiring after 25+ years in the district to pursue a career as a College Planner.

In her free time, she teaches fitness classes both in person and online. She enjoys following her twin 20 year old daughters in their sports endeavors in both soccer and lacrosse in college, as well as, spend time with friends and family.
